Marcella Kirakossian, Co-Owner and Chef
Marcella is a graduate of Culinary Management whom trained in NYC for 7 years. She worked under world renowned Chef Dominique Ansel, Wolfgang Puck, Jean-Georges, and Michelin-Starred Shaun Hergatt. Marcella was awarded the youngest ever Zagat 30-Under-30 Award at the age of 19. She is now raising two children, with husband Jack, in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.

Jack lived in Lebanon for the first 10 years of his life, therefore was immersed in amazing food and culture from a very young age. As a young adult, he took the opportunity to join the Florida F&B scene, Jack quickly realized he needed to be in the fine dining world of NYC instead. After starting a family, he has now brought his expertise in service and food knowledge to Asheville.
They have brought their attention to detail, efficiency, and organization to the Asheville food scene. The Kirakossian’s offer something to everyone, tapping into each and every one of their talents.
